I have to say, I owe my current well being to my S-One helmet. When I was younger, I refused to wear a helmet (knee pads were all I needed), and I got lucky. Recently, while skating in a concrete pool at a skate park (moorpark, ca), I fell backwards and hit my head hard enough to crack the helmet. I guarantee, if I didn’t have the helmet on, I would have had a long stay in the hospital, at best. Instead, I was able to keep skating. The helmet paid for itself in about 2 seconds.
