Baton Rouge Newspaper features the Ian Tilmann Foundation

Professional skater Lester Kasai displays his expertise with a skateboard at the Oct. 16 reopening of BREC’s Perkins Road Community Park. Kasai, of California, is a supporter of the Helmet for a Promise program of the Ian Tilmann Foundation whose founders, Barry and Marcy Tilmann, attended the Oct. 16 event. The foundation, along with the BREC Foundation, provides free helmets to any skateboarder who promises to wear it every time he or she skates.
