Skateshop owners: This is how you sell a safer helmet to your customer.
Customer: I want to buy a skate helmet for my kid. (or myself)
Skate Shop Employee: Ok rad. So you have 2 different types of helmets.
Option 1 is this soft foam helmet. It has squishy foam with a terry liner and has been the industry standard for a long time but we have recently learned these helmets FAIL all of the helmet safety standards. If your kid goes down hard the helmet will not provide adequate protection.
